Digital Products
We are introducing Digital Products. These items do not require shipping. Upon purchase, you should receive an email with downloadable link(s) within minutes. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find our email. Remember to whitelist emails from cozyhub.com.au.
Physical Products
All physical item orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order. We use different carriers depending on your location and the fastest available service. The typical delivery time frame is between 10 and 21 business days; however, you may receive your items much earlier.
All orders are shipped with tracking numbers so you can track them every step of the way!
Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delay.
We supply and ship from our warehouses located globally in Australia, the USA, Europe, and China. We always try to ship from our local warehouses (unless stock has run out!) so you get your order as fast as possible.
Free Shipping - Inclusions & Exclusions
From time to time, free shipping may be offered on our products.
The unique offering could be applied only to certain categories and not valid for others.
It can also be offered based on the source warehouse and destination address. Please check shipping (on the checkout page) to confirm whether the product qualifies for free shipping or not.
Free shipping offers may not be used in conjunction with other special discount offers.
Undeliverable Postcodes
Please note that some items cannot be delivered to specific addresses and/or postcodes.
